Welcome to MYMU. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

MYMU is an application for recording visits to museums, galleries, and exhibitions. We provide a personal record management service, including: • Recording and organizing exhibition visits • Discovering nearby exhibitions using your location • Viewing exhibition locations on interactive maps • Tracking your cultural journey with statistics and insights

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

3. Account

• You must log in using your Apple/Google account • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information • Account sharing is prohibited

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of photos and records you upload • You grant us permission to store and display your content for service provision purposes • Do not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited: • Using the service for illegal purposes • Infringing on others' personal information • Attempting to disrupt the service or hack • Registering false information

6. Service Changes and Interruptions

• We reserve the right to modify the service content • The service may be interrupted for unavoidable reasons • We will provide advance notice of interruptions

7. Disclaimer

• The service is provided 'as is' • We have limited liability for data loss • We have limited liability for third-party services, including but not limited to: Apple Maps (for location and map data), Sentry (for error monitoring), PostHog (for analytics), and social media sharing features • Location-based features depend on the accuracy of your device's GPS and third-party mapping services

8. Account Termination

• You have the right to freely delete your account • We may refuse service provision in case of Terms violation

9. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Korea • Jurisdiction: Seoul Central District Court
