We collect the following information: • Authentication Information: Email address, display name, and profile photo (via Apple/Google Sign-in) • User-Generated Content: Exhibition visit records (date, location, exhibition name), photos you upload, notes/reviews, and ratings • Location Data: Your device location is used on-device only to find nearby exhibitions. Location data is not transmitted to our servers. • Analytics Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and session information (via PostHog) • Crash and Error Data: Technical diagnostics, error logs, and user identifiers for issue resolution (via Sentry) • Device Information: Device identifiers for authentication token management, app version, and operating system version

Information is collected through: • Apple/Google social login • Direct user input • Automatic generation during app usage • Third-party SDKs (Sentry for crash reporting, PostHog for analytics, Apple Maps for map display) • Device location services (when you grant permission)

We use your information to: • Provide and manage the service and your account • Store and sync your visit records • Display nearby exhibitions using your location (processed on-device only) • Show exhibition locations on maps • Diagnose and fix technical issues and crashes • Analyze app usage to improve features and user experience • Perform statistical analysis

We retain your personal information until you delete your account. Authentication tokens are automatically renewed every 30 days.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except: • Apple/Google authentication services (for authentication purposes only) • Sentry (for crash and error reporting, including user identifiers for issue resolution) • PostHog (for product analytics to improve user experience) • Apple Maps (for displaying exhibition locations on maps) Your location data is processed on-device only and is not transmitted to our servers. These third-party services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We implement the following security measures: • SSL/TLS encrypted communication (HTTPS) • Secure storage for authentication tokens • Restricted server access

We use the following analytics and tracking technologies: • PostHog: We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with the app and improve features. This includes session tracking and event logging. • Sentry: We use Sentry to monitor app crashes and errors, which includes collecting technical diagnostics and user identifiers. As a native iOS app, we do not use browser cookies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
