MOKA Art Collection for Kids 어린이를 위한 아트 컬렉션 12

현대어린이책미술관MOKA의 작가 지원 프로젝트인 '언-프린티드 아이디어'는 1~3회 전시를 거치며 총 41명의 그림책 작가와 함께 했습니다. 그중 12명의 작가가 어린이를 생각하며 자신의 작품 한 장면을 꼽았습니다. 우리 아이의 첫 아트 컬렉션이 될 그림 한 점은 아이의 공간에 함께 하며 이야기하고, 꿈꾸게 하며, 휴식을 줄 것입니다. 이번 전시 < MOKA Art Collection for Kids 어린이를 위한 아트 컬렉션 12 > 에서 12개의 각기 다른 이야기가 담긴 작품을 감상하고, 나만의 이야기를 상상해 보세요. 작가들의 작품을 이리저리 조합해 큰 조각을 만들기도 하고, 가상공간 속 아바타를 만들어 색다른 방법으로 작품을 감상해 볼 수도 있습니다.

우리 가까이에 있지만 미처 생각하지 못한 존재가 바라보는 세상은 어떤 모습일까요? 긴 노선을 따라 하루 종일 많은 사람을 태우고 달리는 지하철, 베란다 유리문을 사이에 두고 함께 살아가는 토끼, 그리고 거실에 놓여있는 식물의 시선과 감정을 상상해 봅니다. 그들의 눈에 비친 사람들의 모습이 처음에는 낯설었지만, 오랜 시간 함께하며 사람들에 대해 조금씩 많은 것을 알게 됩니다. 이번 전시에서 식물, 동물 그리고 사물의 사연을 담고있는 작품을 감상하며, 우리 주위의 많은 존재들이 사람처럼 다양한 감정을 느끼고 말 못할 고민도 있을 거라는 재미있고 엉뚱한 상상을 즐겨보시기를 바랍니다.
